The CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu Linux distributions are the OS options distributed with the dedicated web page hosting servers.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a standard tool only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is included at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unlimited top level domain names under one web hosting account. This is attainable because of Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager interface. The other Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable solely in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must have 2 autonomous user logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain name registration/transfer/management functions. If you select Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web server, there will be no CP choice.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all available CP tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your domain names under one single web hosting account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel setups do not present such option at all - there is no Domain Manager platform and this is why they necessitate 2 autonomous accounts: 1 domain administration/billing/support account and 1 site administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will observe that the Hepsia CP can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin CP platforms can work only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
